PGA of America
The PGA of America is an organization of golf professionals that was founded in 1916. Consisting of nearly 28,000 men and women members, the PGA of America’s undertaking is to establish and elevate the standards of the profession and to grow interest and participation in the game of golf.
The PGA of America conducts annual major championships including the PGA Championship, KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship and KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.
It also co-organizes the biennial Ryder Cup.
Ryder Cup History
First contested in 1927, the Ryder Cup has become one of the world’s greatest sporting events. Every two years, 24 of the best players from Europe and the United States go head-to-head in match play competition. Drama, tension, incredible golf, camaraderie and sportsmanship are served in equal measure, captivating an audience of millions around the world. It’s an event that transcends sport, yet remains true to the spirit of its founder, Samuel Ryder. In 2025, the Ryder Cup will be contested on the Black Course at Bethpage State Park for the very first time. 2025 will mark the event's first return to the greater NYC Metropolitan area since it was held at Ridgewood Country Club in NJ in 1935.

Bethpage State Park
Opened for play in 1936, the Black Course at Bethpage State Park was designed by legendary architect A.W. Tillinghast, who was a guest at an exploratory meeting of the PGA of America in 1916.
Bethpage Black, also known as "The People's Country Club," will host the Ryder Cup for the very first time in 2025, joining Oak Hill Country Club (Rochester, NY) as the only other New York course to host the Ryder Cup.

Transportation
The 2025 Ryder Cup will feature a fully integrated transportation program available only to key stakeholders of the PGA of America. This program will include a host of options and ways for you to get your guests to and from the Ryder Cup. As a corporate hospitality client, you will have access to this program.

There will be an on-site Landing Zone at Bethpage Black with direct flights from Manhattan and areas beyond.

PURCHASING
WHEN SHOULD I PURCHASE HOSPITALITY?
Onsite hospitality packages are limited and sold on a "first-come, first-served" basis which means they WILL sell out. Purchase now to ensure that your company has a seat at the 2025 Ryder Cup.
WHAT ARE PAYMENT TERMS FOR HOSPITALITY?
All hospitality packages require a minimum 40% non-refundable deposit due within thirty (30) business days upon completion of the Hospitality Letter of Intent (“LOI”). Company can expect to receive the initial LOI invoice within 7-10 business days upon PGA Tournament Corporation, Inc. (“PGA”) processing. In Q3 of 2024, a Hospitality Agreement detailing Rentals & Amenities and Food & Beverage Service will be distributed by PGA for Company’s signature to complete the intended purchase.
WHAT SHOULD I BUDGET FOR RYDER CUP HOSPITALITY?
If you are purchasing a chalet, the price includes a standard interior décor, food and bar package. You may opt to customize your décor and upgrade your menus, liquor brands and extend bar hours. Premium suites will have limited opportunities to upgrade your décor and bar service. Suites and reserved tables are turnkey and do not allow for customization. Other items you may want to include in your budget are overnight accommodations, ground transportation, golf at area courses and official Ryder Cup merchandise/gifts with your company logo.
TICKETING
HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET(S)?
Mobile grounds and hospitality tickets will be delivered digitally and available to the purchaser in 2025.
CAN I COME AND GO FROM THE RYDER CUP WITH THE SAME TICKET?
Once scanned, your ticket is expired. No same-day re-entry is permitted.
